Simon Goddard, Managing Director, MIVA Media UK

Simon joined MIVA in November 2007 as MIVA Media UK's first Managing Director. Simon is responsible for leading all the revenue operations functions of MIVA Media U.K., including advertiser sales, business development, account management and editorial.

Simon brings 20 years of media experience to MIVA. He was most recently principal of Into-woven LLC, a New York based online sales and marketing consultancy. Prior to Into-woven, Simon spent 5 years at Yahoo! HotJobs as Senior Vice President, Sales. He joined Hotjobs as a start-up and led the sales operation through a period of rapid growth where revenues grew from $2.5 million to $100 million, culminating in a successful IPO and subsequent sale to Yahoo!. Prior to HotJobs, Simon was Sales Director at Catalina Marketing Corporation, a leading provider of behaviour-based marketing services for consumer goods companies and retailers. Additionally, he held a number of senior sales roles during his 9-year tenure at News Corporation both in London and New York.
