    bouncing?

    Hi there,

I received an email from the user list owner and I'm not sure what exactly
it means or why I got it. You can view it below.

It states that I may be taken off the list so I would like to get this
    remedied before that happens!

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Robb

    -----------------------------------------------------

    The email starts now:

Hi! This is the ezmlm program. I'm managing the
    [email protected] mailing list.

I'm working for my owner, who can be reached
    at [email protected].

Messages to you from the merchant-users mailing list seem to
have been bouncing. I've attached a copy of the first bounce
    message I received.

If this message bounces too, I will send you a probe. If the probe bounces,
I will remove your address from the merchant-users mailing list,
    without further notice.

I've kept a list of which messages from the merchant-users mailing list have
    bounced from your address.

Copies of these messages may be in the archive.

To retrieve a set of messages 123-145 (a maximum of 100 per request),
    send an empty message to:
    <[email protected]>

To receive a subject and author list for the last 100 or so messages,
    send an empty message to:
    <[email protected]>

    Here are the message numbers:

    71251

I want to offer a survey that customers can fill out to rate our store.
I could just do that through a CGI form. However, I'd rather offer =
    them
an invitation to participate 2 weeks after the order. That way, the
customer can also rate our shipping times, packing job, etc. I do not
want to have to sit and send out email invitations manually every day.
Is there any way to automate an email to go out 10 days after the order
is placed? Then I can direct them to a CGI form that I create.
    Thanks!

    Sincerely,
    Matt Williams

    #2
    bouncing?

I got one of these about a month ago and then quit receiving list emails.
Then after emails to Miva list support and other random misc and ineffective
attempts, the list started up again.

    Best of luck

    Gordon
