Paypal Express Checkout

I cant get paypal express checkout to work with the address book, is there something that needs to be modified for this to work. The Paypal option does work if I dont use the express checkout but instead choose paypal as the payment choice on the OSEL.

I have "Use Customer's PayPal Shipping Address for Miva Merchant Orders" checked on the express checkout setup. The paypal account I use isnt the one in my saved address book for my Miva account so it loads the saved address as "New" but if I click continue it says fields are invalid and clears everything at highlights them red like name, email address etc but it blocks me from entering data into those fields (circle with line through it graphic when I hover over the field).
