There are regular css changes which can go in your css file which style the new pages added for subscription management and MivaPay. There are also MivaPay specific css changes which are a json structure. These go in the admin on OPAY, Card Add and Card Edit. There is a tab group to paste them into.

Sounds like its time to reiterate a 'best practice' as it comes to modifying ReadyTheme CSS files: Don't. If you need to chance a ReadyTheme CSS style, add the complete style to another CSS file (call it Custom.css) and then modify it there. If the Custom.css file is called last, it overrides the original one. So, when a ReadyTheme has new or changes to its own CSS files, you simply copy over the complete file. (And yes, I know this doesn't help with the cows that have already left the barn.)Bruce Golub
