CTGY Thumbnail Images Missing

Just did a fresh install of 9.6 Levels and I'm trying to figure out why there are not any thumbnail images on the category pages, just the no thumb image. If I click on the product the images are there. The product image is uploaded in the Images tab and the Type Main has been assigned to it. On the CTGY Template Page the checkbox for Main has been checked. I even tried adding the Custom Fields Image Type: Main to see if that pulled the image in but to no avail. What am I missing?

Those sound like the correct settings. Do you also have the Image Management and Product Image Custom Fields modules installed within Utility Settings?

Yes they are.

Not 100% sure that it makes a difference, but is the code of your image type 'main' or 'Main'?

I can make a difference but in the case, they match.

I've reviewed the framework code and everything looks in place. Have you tried running "Check for Updated Images" within Image Management?

No, but I did check to make sure the Image Machine did generate the thumbnail.

Does anyone knows when was the Levels ReadyTheme template updated to include 9.0006 Template Changes, its not documented anywhere in the app store Release Notes?

lesliekirk - I have not come across what might be causing this issue for you. I am conferring with some of the developers to see if they have experienced it. I'll let you know if I find anything.

lesliekirk - Are the product images larger than the crop size you have set on the category page? Just in case there is some sort of image corruption, can you try deleting resized images within Image Management and see if the images are recreated?

To answer your question - yes the product image is larger than the crop size on the category page. Looking in the Utilities Image Management, the only image listed is the full size image. None of the resized images are listed. I do see them if I check for them via FTP. Could that be part of the problem?

That is a bit odd. I would try to check for updated and delete unreferenced and see if the images show when you visit the category page again.
