Main Navigation Bar links not going secure

I swear I saw this subject come up before but I can't find the answer. In the Suivant Main Navigation Bar, this

&mvt:navigationitem:link;

at it's compadres do not produce the https URL for a store that is trying to go all HTTPS. Yes it has the force HTTPS in the .htaccess but I want to make as many URL HTTPS without having to force them. The ReadyThem is one version behind. Was this issue resolved in the latest version? Yes, I will go look at the latest code, but I'm also trying to help create a historical record of the issue.

Where is it linking to? A product or category? If using URI management you'll need to go to each of those pages and check the box to "Link to This Page Using HTTPS"

All the Pages have HTTPS checked. The link &mvt:navigationitem:link; is in the ReadyTheme Suivant Main Navigation Bar. They all link to categories.
