Is there some type automated Sitemap XML file solution?

New to MM5-9, does the latest version of MIVA has some type automated Sitemap XML file solution that lists URLs for a site along with additional metadata about each URL, or one would still need to generate (manually/cron) an export file?
    Thank you, Bill Davis

Automated XML Sitemaps are part of Miva 9.6, which should be just around the corner: http://docs.miva.com/how-to-guides/c...google-sitemap

Thanks, thats great news. But I hope to have our site launch before then. For now use either old man Weiland's Template Data Feed module, though I imagine current MIVA's stock export tool has come a long ways.

Is the store using Miva's new URI Management features with sluggified formats or is it setup to use more legacy style urls?

We currently have an old site with hundreds of categories and thousands of products, and have configured URI to use legacy urls format, they rank well.

Moving forward, does MIVA have the ability to automatically create slugg urls based on product or category name field value?

Yes, which is why I was asking because the Template Data Feed does not support the new sluggified URI formats. If you are matching legacy style, should be in the clear to use TDF.

You have to click a button, but it creates the sitemap for you. And, it's free!

We are currently using Moogle for most of our client builds until the built in XML Sitemap feature becomes available in 9.6 as well. Works well and supports the new sluggified URI's. Refrained from recommending in this case due to the "automated" request and it sounds like legacy urls, which TDF can handle if it is already being used.

9.6 should ship next week, so it's coming VERY soon.
                  Thanks,
