I want to test some features and was wondering if there were any test credit card numbers that can be used with Miva/MivaPay (and our gateway if that would get hit?) that would allow me to complete a test credit card transaction. I had seen old notes about this 4111 1111 1111 1111 but gets and Unable to authorize payment: 14 error.

That error means it hit your gateway and was declined (which is what you'd expect). If you want to test an approval, you'd need to do one of two things. Get a prepaid card and run small tests .01 (which we do sometimes depending on the sandbox of the provider) or go to your underlying gateway and find out if you can go into Sandbox mode and what their test card numbers are for their sandbox.
Since MivaPay just passes through to your gateway of choice, there's no specific "MivaPay" test cards.
