Mysterious Fatal Error OUI-00001 Unknown Screen [USL,USL,USL] on the same good URL

Lately we have been receiving Miva Fatal Error code OUI-00001 "Unknown Screen [USL,USL,USL]” for the same page http://www.cubacollectibles.com/cuba-music.html from different IP addresses. The problem is when I click on the same URL the page displays without any problems.

Any ideas what could be going on?

Hmm. How are you getting the nice looking link? It looks like it's passing the SCRN=USL portion of the query string multiple times. Though, I'm not even sure what screen USL is.
