After updates our CSSUI site's customer edit page doesn't display the customer info .

Happening on both of our CSSUI sites but not on our MMUI site.
Logon, then go to ACED, it's blank.
Also while the OCST page displays the logged customer info. on the OSEL page the toolkit customer custom field <mvt:item name="toolkit" param="customer|Check_OK|checkOK" /> does not work either.
Have an open ticket on this but looking for a possible answer here too.

Perhaps something happened with toolkit. Under Utilities, is your toolkit license still active?

Looks like we have a few issues with the aced update caused by the latest? update. Address change made on ACED doesn't show on OCST. Hasn't anyone noticed this yet? I thought I'd waited long enough before applying these update, apparently not!

Somehow toolkit started working on the OSEL page when Happie changes the ACED customer mode. I think we've got issues!

I'm working with support on this.
This is what I've reported to them:
            Hi Happie:
Looks like this is an issue with the toolkit function “basketfiller”. We are using this to restore the customer’s OCST fields when a customer does not have an account and gets to OSEL then exits checkout for some reason. When that customer returns to OCST, their previously entered address fields which were saved by “basketfiller” are redisplayed.

I tested this by logging in, changing my customer record city, then went to OCST where a previously entered city name was displayed, then changed that city name to a third city name, then went to OPAY via OSEL, then went to BASK, then went to OCST. On OCST the third city name was displayed, the one that was saved in OSEL by the “basketfiller” function.

            Hope this helps, Larry

This appears to be an issue with the EDGE browser. Does not happen with Chrome.

Wondering if there was a fix for this? Just found that I have this issue on 3 sites, (make that 4). Using Chrome.

Just bumping this up. Is this a 9.00052 bug? This doesn't affect our Bootstrap site. Just our sites built on the developer cssui framework from a couple years ago. Is it just me?

                      I've opened a ticket; #OJT-409-26132

This issue seems to apply to evey site I've built off of the DTS2 framework.

Here's a fix for this that I was able to figure out.

Page ACED Customer Fields Mode was set to Customer: Legacy Add/Edit. I switched this to Customer: Edit, which re-wrote the customer fields, it started working. It seems that maybe there is a bug within Legacy Add/Edit mode?

I applied all of the template changes for ACED on a dev site and it still didn't work. I applied the default cssui template to the same site and the fields populated correctly. So then I reverted to my saved framework and found that this mode setting was different. Once I changed it things started working. This change also removes the password fields from the ACED page, so the CPWD, Change Password, page will need to be used.

Ahhhh. This thread saved me some time today. Thanks for thinking out loud ladies and gents. Now if I can just figure out why on one clients site the "billing same as shipping" checkbox refuses to default, I'll be all set :)

@ Ron Frigon -- Awesome! You got it. I changed the mode from Legacy Add/Edit to just Customer:Edit and it now works. Thank you!

Wonder what broke that? A recent update I suppose.
