<Deleted User> in Order Notes

Any time the "system" makes an automatic note on an Order (Ex. "Created Order") the Administrator is listed as <Deleted User>.

Is it possible that I deleted a User account from Miva that was used to post these automatic status notations? Any way to resolve this?

Mine does the same thing... yet next time i initiate a note it shows admin. So I dont get it either. I set the system to auto do note, yet i cant recall where i set that at. That's how i found this post looking for answers. Still no idea where i set that to globally do notes. Anyone know where?
