    Custom fields not being saved

    we just noticed that some custom fields are not being saved for customer accounts. We are using the latest and great v9. However, this problem looks like it could have started as early as October 29. by the way, it would be a NICE feature if the list of INSTALLED UPDATES had a timestamp, showing when the update was installed...But we've been keeping pace with updates

    What type of custom field? Custom order field? Where is it being saved at?

      these are custom fields in the ship-to and bill-to. specifically a mobile phone number.

        Is it just certain ones, or all custom order fields? If other custom order fields are collecting data, would seem like field code, template or other store side changes/issues.
