Miva Marketplaces vs. M2E Pro for Magento

I have two clients that are using M2E Pro and Magento. M2E Pro for a long time was FREE, but recently went into a pricing model, very similar to Miva in that their revenue based model actually seems to follow Miva's pretty closely, EXCEPT, Miva's pricing is for an entire platform and M2E Pro is for a simple plugin.

So my question is, have any of you used both? M2E pro is kind of a nightmare to integrate, and requires quite literally 30 or 40 moving parts. How easy is Miva's marketplaces functionality to use? And how much better is it than M2E pro? I assume it has to be a lot better right?
