Follow On with Admin Order

We use the Follow On module to generate a coupon 21 days after an order is placed. It works well, & our customers love the coupons. But when we enter an order through Admin, no follow on email happens. We see a link within the order for Order Fulfillment Modules. Follow On is one of the modules listed, but it's not clear what happens when you select that module and click Process Does that start the 21-day clock? Is anyone else using this?

You'll want to click Order Fulfillment modules, check the box for follow on and hit update. That will trigger the same logic as if you placed the order via the front end. It will add the order to the 21 day queue
