Credit Card Payment with Simple Validation not showing in Payment Method Rules tab

Due to an attack on my client's payment gateway, they decided to switch to Credit Card Payment with Simple Validation. I have installed the module and edited the credit card information payment setting area, however it does not show up in the "Payment Method Rules" tab. I am sure this is a stupid error on my part because all the references in the forums and documentation act as if it should just work when the module is installed. (However there is a note in the Add Modules area that "Note: The modules listed here have either been discontinued or require features that are not available on your server. They may not function as expected.") Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Are you at 9.5? If I understood the requirements, you'll need to encrypt orders and the pay option should display.

Yes that is correct. Credit Card with Simple Validation will only work if encryption is turned on. Once an encryption key is created the methods will display in the list of available methods. To enable encryption, search "Encryption Wizard" in the global search and it will walk you though the process to creating an encryption key

Ahh! I did see a reference to encryption in my searching, but I thought it meant that it had to use https which our site does. I found the encryption wizard, thank you very much!
