What is the solution, if any, for auto-creating an HTML sitemap, including content/informational pages? I know Moogle can be used for XML sitemaps, but is there an HTML equivalent?

Why would you want one? Most search engines either ignore them or limit the number or links they will actually look at, and human probably even less.Bruce Golub
