    Failed PayPal Express Orders

    I've noticed a number of authorization failures logged with the error message "Unable to authorize payment: Network error: SOAP Fault: SOAP-ENV:Client; End of file or no input: 'Invalid argument' (-3)". The first entry I see was on 7/13 and we've seen at least one such entry per day since.

    Anybody else seeing this?

    Is the module working at all? Are you seeing successful orders go through it? The error is mot likely being caused by a bad certificate or signature in the module and I would recommend that you have the API credentials w/in your PayPal account refreshed and then plug those new credentials into the module.

      Yes, we are seeing successful orders being paid via PayPal.

        I'm sorry but there are multiple PayPal modules and accounts you could be using. Are you getting orders that are paid with a PayPal account AND go through the Express module?

          It appears so. I just checked the most recent one in admin and it shows this when clicking the PayPal Payment Details link "Express Checkout through PayPal".
