Several years ago MotionPoint launched a new product to provide SMB's with scalable and cost effective solutions for website localization. The offering has been a success and weve learned a lot along the way. As we evolve our technologies, we look forward to new, even more powerful solutions for businesses. However, with evolution comes the need to refocus efforts. This means we will be sun-setting the GlobalNimbus platform as of Sept 16, 2016.
We understand this may be an inconvenience to our mutual customers, which is why we want to give everyone plenty of time to make alternative arrangements. Depending on their levels of success with GlobalNimbus and their business models, customers will have been offered various levels of opportunity to migrate to our enterprise Globalization Platform from MotionPointover the coming weeks. This is the same platform used by companies like Abercrombie & Fitch, IKEA, PUMA and Victorias Secret.
GlobalNimbus customers own their data. As such, well also be offering to furnish them with an XML that contains their translations, glossary entries, customization data, and more.
As we continue to work towards our new and more robust offering for businesses of multiple scales, well be sure to keep you informed with regard to features, timelines, and more.
