Viking Coders UPS module broken since move to dedicated environment

Need help!!!
Our negotiated UPS rate is no longer functional since our sites were moved to a dedicated environment. All rates now are given at the residential rate.
Support is pushing this off to emedia, but we have not gotten any notice from them about any changes.
If we enable the negotiated rate check box, UPS rates are not calculated.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem with emedia's Viking Coders UPS module on a dedicated environment?

I would contact Amir or Alex. We had to have them go in and reconfigure UPS Custom integration after some update (can't remember specifics offhand) a year or two ago. I don't know what they do to configure but it could include you ip address or something else that changed when you moved to the dedicated server.

I've seen a server change break the license too, since they see the module checking in from a new IP (of the new server, even if the site IP remained the same).
