Need help!!!
Our negotiated UPS rate is no longer functional since our sites were moved to a dedicated environment. All rates now are given at the residential rate.
Support is pushing this off to emedia, but we have not gotten any notice from them about any changes.
If we enable the negotiated rate check box, UPS rates are not calculated.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem with emedia's Viking Coders UPS module on a dedicated environment?
