Need Help Using Miva Merchant Marketing Coupons

I am using "Coupons" from Marketing and I love it! It works perfectly when I want to give discount to anyone who shop during a specific period. However, I am having problem when choosing either "specific customers' or 'coupon only' options in the 'Eligibility' whether it's when creating the 'Price Groups' or "Coupon" tab. When I try to use the coupon code, it said 'invalid coupon'.

I found this: http://docs.miva.com/reference-guide/Coupons and but it still not working.

Can some please help!

Maybe a couple of the video tutorials would help? http://docs.miva.com/videos/marketing I'd start w Price Groups overview then go from there.
