Two questions - does anyone have a module that will automatically send out some sort of a sale saver email if a credit card is declined? Can the card declined message be tweaked or is that coming straight from the card processor?

Also, to clarify. Is this the error message a customer would see if their card is declined? We'd like to make note that they contact their card company (you wouldn't believe how often that resolves the issue and they come back and buy).

You will want to add your new message text to the Replacement field. If you have any issues adding the replacement text or additional questions, contact Miva Support at 800-608-6482 option 2 or email ([email protected]).
