Change text in lost password email

I need to change some of the text in the lost password email. This is the email that has the link at the bottom. Where do I go to edit the template? It's not in pages that I can see.

    Hello

There should be page with the code FPWD. Are you using a Readytheme?

The message text and other fields for that email are stored in a database table, snn_CustomerEmail. I don't know if there are admin settings to change these; I don't recall seeing any. I suppose you can always modify the DB manually.

        Kent,

The text is in a page template, please don't suggest people modify DB's when there's an admin function for it.

I need to change some of the text in the lost password email.
This is found under Customers > Customer Settings > Customer Lost Password Email

Gripper asked about the email message, not the page. I looked in the LSK to find out how that email is created. I don't think there's any way to change the content of the email by editing the FPWD page template. Sorry, I suppose I should have included a warning about direct DB modifications.

Yes there are admin controls for that message (See Ron's post above). You should always triple check the Reference Guide on something like this www.miva.com/docs before you ever suggest anyone do anything in the DB.
              Thanks,

You're right, of course. My main concern was just to make sure that Gripper didn't waste any time editing a page template.
