UPS Online Tools Down?

I have a Miva client using UPS Online Tools and a Woo client using the same, and both sites are crapping out not able to spit shipping rates? Anyone else seeing this issue?

I haven't seen any report of other sites having an issue but get a ticket going with Support ([email protected]) and we can run some logging.

Our native UPS module is pulling rates. I just tested this on my demo store. Our UPS module is no longer called online tools though, it's just UPS developer kit. Are the stores you're working with by any chance using the Viking Coders UPS modules?

We use the VC module and it is pulling rates as of now. I had a call earlier today from a customer not getting rates, but when I checked myself, I had no issues. Maybe they've got intermittent issues today.

Yeah, both of my customers that had issues had only a couple of customers with issues. And neither was able to replicate the issue themselves. I think we are all good here.
