    Another "Your order has shipped" email question

    Very basic question. What are the configuration settings in the Order Fulfillment Settings > Template Based Emails SHIPMENT_SHIPPED template to have a "Your order has shipped" email sent after the store admin processes the order - when the status is changed from processing to shipped.

    Yes, the when an order gets marked as shipped (either manually or by generating a label in the admin) Miva will trigger the shipment shipped email. You would need the email set to automatic for it to happen automatically, or you can manually trigger it at the order level

      Yes, but what do I check or check in the configuration?
