    MivaPay questions

I want to do is just add some help text on the OPAY Screen for the CVV field along with the graphics showing the location of the CVV numbers on the credit cards. I can't seem to change the label or add a message to the CVV field on the OPAY screen when using MivaPay? It looks like all of the labels are pulled from the MivaPay servers. I need the CVV help section to display only when the CVV field is required (displayed) otherwise customers get confused and can't find the CVV field (because it is not displayed - I have had calls). I notice that MivaPay does not require (or display) the CVV field when customers are using a saved credit card from their wallet.

One other question, when using a stored credit card why does MivaPay display a drop down on the OPAY screen to select a "Bill To" address? Would this be because people may have saved cards in the wallet with different billing addresses? There should be a little more information given so that the customer knows what this is for, but there does not seem to be a way to add any information.

One other thing that I forgot to mention, with a screen size under 534px the "Billing Address" heading shows above the CVV field regardless of whether or not you are using a stored card from the wallet, which is confusing.

There are settings in the Miva admin to control when you show the CVV field:

    http://docs.miva.com/how-to-guides/m...y-cvv-settings

Because the field is being displayed in an iframe you can't make any modifications to it. If you want to display custom CVV text, it would need to be outside the iframe.

There is a billing address option where customers with a saved card can change the billing address associated with the card right on OPAY if needed.

Hi Brennan, thank you for the reply. Yes I have looked at the CVV payment setting. I guess what I need is a conditional that will allow me show one message if the CVV field is displayed on the screen and another if the CVV is not. Since the determination is made (whether or not the field displays) on the MivaPay form Is there anything that I can check for?
