I just processed my first subscription today but the Merchant confirmation email did not send. I thought it would just be sent on the order creation like any other order. Is there any setting I need to change to get the emails to send? I did process the subscription manually because it did not process automatically due to an incorrect shipping method was selected. The order was created and credit card charged.

Brennan - All of the Subscription emails are set to Automatic. I just found a new setting though that might be the cause. In the standard Order Confirmation emails (Customer and Merchant) there is now an option to choose when to send the emails "Send When Order Created:" and "By Subscription Reorder" was not selected. I selected it. Should that take care of the problem?Highly caffeinated
