Power Search - possible minor bug

For some reason I got the error MER-UTL-POW-00026 when trying to rebuild the mirror. After pouring through all my product and custom field codes I saw this post http://extranet.miva.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-115283.html

The FULLTEXT search in the the Power Search setup should have

    name,descrip

this has not never been changed by us* but I decided to look. Sure enough the comma name, descrip had turned into a period

    name.descrip

I am 100% certain I have not changed this.* I had been able to rebuild until maybe 3-4 weeks ago.

*Ok, maybe a year or so ago(?) we had the same issue and I MIGHT have found the same error after going through the same process of checking all the codes. I made a note of this for the future in case it happens again. Something - the rebuild itself or some other factor(?) changes that, though it is rare as far as I can tell.

I've never heard of that happening, ie changing a comma to a period automatically. Did you change it back to a comma and is it working ok now?

I did and it works but - and I'm not 100% sure as my memory is a leaky thing- I think this is the same thing that happened a year or more ago when I asked on the forums and I went bonkers trying to find it. I believe I just assumed I must have accidentally done something wrong last time and changed it but I know for a fact I haven't touched it since and I did note someone else with that same 'mistake.' In any case I know what I'll check first next time but figured I'd mention it.

It's not a big deal. I do rebuild every month or so and if I'm remembering right it only happened once before, but odd.
