Emporium Plus coupon redemption issue: free product coupon

We are currently using the EmporiumPlus coupon redemption module in Miva Merchant, and we need help figuring out a solution to our issue as soon as possible.

We are working on a coupon that allows you to redeem a free album download from our site. We have album downloads ranging in price from 4.99 to 24.95, so the minimum price is 4.99 and the max. is 24.95 for the coupon values. The issue we have is that when there are 2 eligible album downloads in the basket, it includes both of the albums with the coupon instead of only 1. Please let us know what we can do to have the coupon only qualify for one free album download in a basket.

I'd suggest using the built-in coupon feature for this. It has many more functional features so you can tie the coupon to an actual Price Group.

We have been hearing this from a few people now. Since this post we have modified what we wanted to do and have resolved our issue. Thank you for the suggestion.
