CONDÉ NAST STRIKES TOOLBAR DEAL WITH MIVA UK

New toolbars to extend the reach of key Condé Nast brands online

London, February 7 2006: MIVA, Inc., (NASDAQ: MIVA), the leading independent Performance Marketing Network, today announced a UK agreement to create custom branded toolbars for Condé Nast, publisher of many of the world's most influential magazines including Vogue, Tatler, GQ, Condé Nast Traveller and Vanity Fair. Under the agreement MIVA will initially create a toolbar for Glamour Magazine, with further titles to follow.

The toolbar is designed to drive user retention and enable Condé Nast to promote the Glamour brand, its content and services beyond the publication's core website (www.glamourmagazine.co.uk). The toolbar is fully customised by MIVA to mirror the design style of the Glamour brand.

Glamour Toolbar planned features include:

  • Celebrity News Ticker: the latest headlines regarding celebrity news which, when clicked on, takes users straight through to the full story on glamourmagazine.co.uk;
  • Deep links: direct links to high traffic areas of the Glamour site including Glam Cam, Daily Gossip and Fashion Finder;
  • MIVA Search: the Search Box on the toolbar will display MIVA's full service search functionality - both Pay-Per-Click Ads and Algorithmic search results.
