It has recently come to our attention that some of our customers have been contacted by eCommerce Positioning in regards to SEO optimization and related services for their Miva Merchant sites.  In some cases, callers may have claimed to be affiliated with Miva Merchant, Inc.  In most cases, these calls have originated from Washington State.

Miva Merchant, Inc. is not affiliated with eCommerce Positioning in any way. The company does not represent us or our services, and we did not nor will not ever authorize them to contact our customers on our behalf.  It is not the policy of Miva Merchant, Inc to give customer information to third parties without prior consent.

If you are contacted by eCommerce Positioning, please use your own best judgment when deciding whether or not to engage their services. We encourage you to research this and any company thoroughly with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) before deciding whether to do business with them.
