This month has been a busy one here at Miva Merchant. Our Support Department now offers 24/7 phone support, the Miva Merchant-powered Chase Instant Storefront is currently being featured on Lifetime Television, and the number of guest and in-house contributors to our blog has been rapidly expanding.


Miva Merchant Phone Support Now 24/7

As anyone who has ever had to call a technical support line knows, technical problems and emergencies don’t always happen between the hours of 9-5.

Unfortunately, many companies keep standard business hours for their support departments, making it difficult at times for customers to reach them when they need help. Luckily, for all of our developers, storeowners, and everyone in between, our support department is now available by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

“One of our main objectives is to provide our customers with the same product support that we’d like to receive ourselves,” says Support Manager Wayne Smith. “Adding 24/7 is the next big step in engaging and enhancing our overall customer experience.”

Chase Instant Storefront Featured On Lifetime TV

Beginning yesterday, August 17, 2011 until September 24th, 2011, a segment featuring the Chase Instant Storefront by Miva Merchant will air on the Lifetime Television Network program, The Balancing Act.

 

The segment, called “Smart Ecommerce Solutions For Small Businesses,” is geared towards women entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurs in general, and highlights the features and benefits of the storefront solution.
