This weekend Miva will be moving their main headquarters into a newly renovated space to give us both room to breathe and grow! We’re really excited but we wanted to let everyone know that we’ll be switching our phone systems as well. Our 24/7 in-house support will still be available and we anticipate a seamless switchover, but there will be a “switch” occurring — which should happen instantaneously if technology serves us as it should. If for any reason you’re not able to call in or your support call is dropped, please don’t hesitate to try again. Again, we don’t anticipate any downtime and we’re hoping for a smooth-as-ice transition, but as we know, technology hiccups (sometimes) happen.
