I have a client who randomly gets the basket changed error message - screen
FOO. This is caused during checkout by one of the following scenarios:
1. in Action_CalculateTax (action=CTAX), if BasketList.d.order_id all of a
sudden equals 0
2. in Action_CalculateShipping (action=SHIP), if BasketList.d.order_id all
of a sudden equals 0
3. in Action_AuthorizePayment (action=AUTH), if BasketList.d.order_id all of
a sudden equals 0
However, I've been unable to determined what is leading to this error? They
have mentioned that it seems to happen more frequently when the MmTicker
popup window is up, but that MmTicker doesn't seem to be generating any
events (like purging databases) at the same time.
They also say that no one is in admin deleting shopping baskets either.
If anyone has thoughts I'd appreciate it. I'm at a loss for how to help.
They are on 4.20 with OUI and OUI SuperMod templates. Problem occurred
before we began to use OUISM though.
