I'm using the Other Page Template to design the Customer Information Page
in Miva Merchant. I'm adding my own custom text boxes, however, I need
the tokens to make these custom text boxes work. The default token, for
example, %ship_fname_box|25|% will no longer work. Does any one know the
token syntax I should apply to the text boxes to make them work? Is it
%ship_fname%, %ship_firstname%, etc.???
