    inv_cnt.dbf corruption

Saw this on another site last week, I think
also using SM. If you open the inv_cnt.dbf,
there should be two columns, not one, so
check that first and make sure the file
you replaced has the correct structure.

Yes, I get an error message if I try to pack the data files using "Pack =
    Data
Files" in Utilities under the store name:

Miva Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue. =
    The
following information may assist you in determining the cause of the =
    error:=20

    Error Code: MER-INV-00006 =20
Description: Error reading from 'Merchant2/00000001/inv_cnt.dbf': =20
    =20
And also an error message using OpenMaintenance when I try to pack only =
    the
    inv_cnt.dbf file:

    Runtime error in /Merchant2/4.22/modules/ui/oui.mvc @ =
    [000000d2:00000bd8]:
Line 2571: MvCLOSE: Database 'OUI_Temp' is not open

    Subject: [mru] inv_cnt.dbf corruption

I have a client that is using Stone Edge Order Manager and now their
inv_cnt.dbf file is corrupted. I had the file replaced with a clean 0 =
    bytes
file but I am still getting an error message in OpenMaintenance:=20

    Runtime error in /Merchant2/4.22/modules/ui/oui.mvc @ =
    [000000d2:00000bc0]:
Line 2571: MvOPEN: Error reading from 'Merchant2/00000001/inv_cnt.dbf':
    Runtime error in /Merchant2/4.22/modules/ui/oui.mvc @ =
    [000000d2:00000bd8]:
Line 2571: MvCLOSE: Database 'OUI_Temp' is not open

    And:

    Error reading from 'Merchant2/00000001/inv_cnt.dbf':

So it appears that the clean file has not fixed the problem. How can I =
    fix
    this?

The domain is running MM: v4.22 / MVM: v4.1400, OpenUI 4.955/4.984 and =
    is
hosted at Datapipe (Who didn't even know this was a native database in =
    Miva
Merchant). The client does not use the inventory feature in Miva =
    Merchant
but Order Manager keeps track of inventory counts on their backend.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Matt
