    That error is an error message the qmail mail server issues
    when trying to send mail through it to a domain it doesn't
    handle. So it would accept mail for your domain and probably
    other domains your host has on the same mail server, but
    would fail for domains like sbcglobal unless it had been set
    to let your store relay through to remote domains.
    localhost usually gets around that though since it's common
    for hosts to let websites send mail to whoever they want if
    they send it through the server they're running on.
