Hi,
Just wanted to raise a few questions / issues with the Retrieve Payment
Information tool.
1) When you need info on more than one order (sales receipt), how do
you "kill" the bright yellow info display without killing the Miva Synchro:
Retrieve Payment dialog box/program?
2) I tried to minimize the "yellow display" and then couldn't restore
it (well, acually I could restore it, but it required a "Maximized" display
- ie yellow screen on taking up the whole display.
3) I tried minimize and running another instance of the Retrieve
Payment Info tool and ran into even more problems.
4) Also, whenever you Exit the Retrieve Payment dialog box, it looks
like a the SynchroHelper.exe remains.. I found about 10 of them, even tho
there were no open / available dialogs for anything relating to this
application.
5) Sometimes things get so messed up in XP that I can't shut down
without manually killing SynchroHelper.exe processes
6) Any way to keep the result display for Retrieve Payment Info from
being forced on top of everything?
Any comments / suggestions?
