Ship-to versus Bill-to name going into "Customer:Job"
Yes, the new version defaults to using the ship-to name whereas the older
versions used the bill-to. We changed it in the field-mapping area, it was
pretty simple to do and didn't take long. Good luck!

Hi Bob,
With Miva Synchro v1.5, you now have the ability to map the fields Miva
Merchant uses to send data to QuickBooks. You can now tell Miva Synchro what
info in Miva Merchant goes into what fields in QuickBooks. I would play with
that to get the Customer info imported the way you want it to.
Thanks.

Lately we have been getting some orders from Miva showing up in
QuickBooks with the ship-to name as the Customer:Job instead of the
bill-to name. So when it comes time to accept payment from the
purchaser, the payment gets credited to the ship-to name instead of the
bill-to name. This also seems to mess up the sales tax calculations,
which work the other way-- keying off the ship-to rather than the
bill-to location. I don't remember this happening before we upgraded to
the new version of Synchro.
Anyone else seen this behavior or know how to correct it?
