I have a client whose store uses Paypal Payments Pro, and they need a payment module with a specialized feature. I've been trying for days to get documentation on the API, and it's getting really frustrating. Their site is so poorly organized, I haven't been able to find what I need by browsing. I've written them 10-15 times, and I keep getting answers that are incorrect, or irrelevant, or similar to what I'm looking for but not the actual, correct info.
Have any of you used this API? I've written plenty of payment modules; all I really need is links to the correct documentation pages, assuming they exist. I need some basic big-picture info about POST vs. GET, JSON vs. XML, etc. for this API, and specific parameters for an Auth request & reply. Hope someone can help; I'm running out of polite ways to tell Paypal support to get their thumb out of their mouth and get me some answers ...
