samjnz No specific timing for now.
Inherently, mega-menus are cumbersome and there is no "one-size fits all" layout as the navigation intent and category structure vary from store to store. Additionally, there are accessibility concerns involved in a complex navigation structure. The initial goal, with adding this option to Shadows, is to create a basic structure that would be designed around a medium to large store, similar to Levels and Colossus.

Do you have any more specific timing on this?Originally posted by Matt Zimmermann View Postlesliekirk A mega-menu has not been added to Shadows; it is on the roadmap though.
A mega-menu is such a foundational UI component these days -- almost every Shopify or BigCommerce theme comes with this out-of-the-box, so it's a bit of a gap with Miva right now having to hack something together in Shadows to do it.

Hey Matt, there are two threads in one here. I was interested in the filtering of Out of Stock products.Originally posted by Matt Zimmermann View Postlesliekirk A mega-menu has not been added to Shadows; it is on the roadmap though.Perhaps we should start a thread related just to the filtering of In Stock / Out of Stock products?Matt Zimmermann I try to only use natively available functionality. Once there is an inherit way to filter out of stock products, it will be available in the themes.

Has this been added yet (for Shadows 2.0)?Originally posted by Matt Zimmermann View PostHi Joe,
This functionality has not been included at this time. It is on the list, but I do not have any information on when it might be added. Currently, you would have to create a custom field for stock level and use that as a facet.

Was this functionality to filter on stock status ever released? Can't find anything about it.Originally posted by Matt Zimmermann View PostHi Bill,

Been waiting for Colossus for a long time -great things are worth waiting for.Originally posted by Matt Zimmermann View PostHi Susan,
The Colossus was developed with the medium to large catalog store in mind. It boasts several new features such as mega-menu navigation, customized account pages, improved facet functionality on category and search pages, and a scroll-able, modal photo gallery for the product page.
Would users have an option to filter (hide) Out of Stock products from category page? I know there are current workarounds available, but they are not ideal, at least not as I understand.
