Next question - does anyone know what happens if you run the "reviewsetup" with the two custom fields already in place? Could this be the source of my problem? Is there any way to "undo" the setup?

Hi Leslie,

Shadows does ship with a custom field using the code tabs_reviews, I'm not sure if that might cause any issues with this Tool Kit function. Other than that, I am not aware of any incompatibilities with Tool Kit and Shadows.

I don't think "tabs_reviews" should cause a problem.

First question - are there any known incompatibilities with the Toolkit Ratings and Reviews and Shadows v1.0.6?

The Toolkit is assigned, all the templates are there but there could be some confusion in the database since I didn't double-check step #1 "Important: Make sure you do NOT already have the custom product fields "rating" or "reviews"." - I'm not sure if it did.

I've checked and it's got the license key. I've tested other snippets.

Should I delete the rating and reviews custom product fields and try again?
