Hi Leslie,
The image setting for the Featured Products should be set to Resize to fit within bounding box: 448x448. In the case of these image, we were looking to constrain the width as primary and height secondary.
As for the product images, they are set to 737x565.

While we are at it what is the ideal product image size too? The PDF for Storyteller did a good job including some of the image sizes but not all of them.

Featured Products Thumbnail Size
What is the recommended size for the thumbnails being displayed in the Featured Products (that doesn't have a scroller) on the SFNT screen?
