The problem is, Synchro does not support Quickbooks Enterprise.
I have Enterprise 10 and Enterprise 11 on my test boxes, both working with Synchro. If you notice anything that doesn't work with Enterprise, let us know. It's impossible for me to recreate every scenario a merchant would run into. Every body runs their Quickbooks a certain way.
Quibber will create items in your QuickBooks file that correspond to the product codes ordered in your Miva store, including supporting inventory variants. It will NOT sync the other direction, for that you'll want Miva Synchro.
That's kinda the point of Quibber - to eliminate manual entry into QuickBooks. Any order that goes through the online store will no longer need to be manually entered into QB. Run them through the store with Phone Order Manager or Miva's "create order" feature.
The short answer is... it depends. If you're using Viking's Phone Order Manager, orders should go through without issue.
If you're using the new Miva "create order" feature, there is a condition that both Quibber and Miva Synchro suffer. The order gets created right when you start the phone order process, then miva adds line items, payments, shipping, etc., as you step through the interface.
If orders get pulled while that's in progress - before the order is finalized - both quibber and synchro won't get the full order. We're working on an update to "re-pull" orders in this condition. The good news is partial orders DON'T get pushed into QuickBooks, they get held in Quibber's online system until all information is available.
Our system pulls from your store on a set interval. How often you want to synchronize your QuickBooks file is up to you.
Hope that helps, but most importantly - give it a try risk free.
The Miva Module installation part is as simple as it comes - but if you're in a mall and don't have access to the domain modules installation, your provider will need to do that. All they have to do is upload it into the Miva Modules global settings and their done, 5 minutes time.
Then you can assign it to your store (if they've given you permissions to do so). You plug in your API credentials and then never touch the module again. It's really only a few minutes of work.
Quibber works with all versions of Miva Merchant from 4.00 and up! Each store requires a different Quibber account, and it does work with the QuickBooks Enterprise edition (US).
It's pretty easy to setup, we have a simple 3 step wizard to follow. Give it a try, it's free for 30 days so you can set it up in one store no risk to see if it will meet your needs. Support is included in the monthly fee.
We are using this version of Miva and we are set up in a Miva Mall. will Quibber work with this version of Miva and also with QuickBooks 10 Enterprise Edition?
Production Release 6
Miva Merchant Engine v5.06
Database API: mysql
How hard it this to set up, on the end of our website provider?
We were told that Quibber that it doesn’t appear to have the options or extensive data mining that the Synchro module does. What is data mining?
Do you provide unlimited support or is support something that must be paid for?
