2 Affiliate related dream features

1. Ability to add 'earnings' to the columns in the Affiliates tab, so I can rank affiliates by earnings
2. Ability to associate a coupon with a specific affiliate or group of affiliates (at the moment we do this manually for over 100 affiliates)

And one more affiliate related feature: ability to have an automated reply (with editable contents) to go out to the affiliate when changed from 'pending' to 'approved'. This would make my life sooo much easier managing large affiliate programs.
