    Admin forgot password feature

    I am often asked why can't we do a forgot password recovery thingy like the customers have.

    It's something we get asked and thus far have decided it presents too many additional security risks to add.

      Yea, can't you always just call into miva and have that taken care of?

            I also get... "why can't I use my same password forever? how come we have to change it all the time?"

              I can't seem to get the password changed.... type in the password twice, hit submit and it doesn't go passed that screen. I've tried this countless times... ? This isn't my first rodeo... i'm not using the auto fill etc..... I can't get the new password to stick? When I go into my 3PL software (like shipworks) ... the old password encoded still works... I 'm running the latest version of miva... hosted on miva. ?? what gives?

                You should contact support, I change my pw in admin every 90 days (including a week or so ago) and don't have any issues.

                This isn't the kind of thing to troubleshoot via the Forums, since my guess is that it's some sort of Browser issue.
