Excluded By - for Upsell

We use the upsell feature during checkout and we use it to cross-sell customers on additional items that they will likely need. There is a big opportunity to really expand this, but it would be great if there was an "Excluded By" section where we could create an upsell item, but, it would not show if certain products are already in the cart.

The use case would be to show a low-priced or mid-priced accessory at a discount in order to get the customer to buy it, but don't show if they already have the higher-priced, premium version already in their cart.

Not a bad idea to add, but you could probably do this yourself by loading the basket and then matching that against the upsell items. You might need a 'fallback' offer in case there are no viable offers from the actual Upsell array.
