The built in functionality for marketing is really great, and we often create Price Groups to run a quick sale on something. There are a couple of dream features I'd like to suggest to help sellers speed up the process and improve accuracy when setting up Price Groups.
When we create Price Groups, we often set the new Price Group up almost the same as another existing one, with the minor difference of things like qualifying products or discounted items. It would be really great if we had a way to duplicate an existing Price Group so that we'd just need to change the one aspect, instead of having to go through all the fields each time. Alternately, perhaps a way to store Price Group templates.
Another Price Group feature that would be fantastic would be a way to determine a default Exclusion selection for any given Price Group. So, once set for the Price Groups, any new Price Group created would have these user selected defaults pre-selected for the new Price Group instead of just having "Allow Combination" for everything. It can be a bit of a challenge sorting through all the ones that should be excluded for the same basket or same product etc., especially when there are a lot of Price Groups.
