    Order Processing: Refund Assist

    One of the items purchased was not inventoried properly (it was out of stock), hence we Cancelled the item in question and Admin beautifully revised invoice accordingly.

    However, when we proceeded to refund the difference for cancelled product, I was somewhat disappointed.

    For starters when refund dialogue box was displayed it automatically defaults to maximum amount (total order amount), way too easy to unintentionally refund entire order. Amount field should never be prefilled for entire amount of order.

    It should provide radio button refund options:

    ( ) Refund cancelled items: $ [Prefilled] (items amount minus other applicable charges, e.g. shipping, taxes, etc..)
    ( ) Entire Order : $ [Prefilled]
    ( ) Other : $ [Blank ] [Reason..................]

    Similar to when one is making a credit card payment (e.g. Pay; Minimum Balance, Statement Balance, Current Balance, Other).
