Please add a workflow for when a customer changes their profile

For a B2B store, we need to know when a customer does several things...
workflows seems like they would be the thing to use.
    1. when a customer changes profile information such as their login user, or a required custom field.
    2. when a customer adds or changes a bill to address.
    3. when a customer adds or changes a credit card on file. (we need to know that it's the same business name or not) - seems like some resellers might be putting through their customers credit cards on our store... and not processing the cards themselves.

Both customer workflows and product workflows are on our radar to add in a future version which would give you hooks into most these actions.

What are you doing with the notifications of these changes. Are you updating an ERP/ back office system?

Yes we are updating a back office system. We have to match the billing address to an existing record. When they don't match the back office system creates a separate user. It ends up that we have multiple accounts for users and the new accounts don't have the "permissions" that signify they are eligible for no-tax, or use their own shipping account with UPS, etc.

Miva back in the day when we started all this didn't have record id's for the customers--so we went with billing address--and that cascaded into all our websites (miva and not miva). Really this extra account creation only matters for our wholesale and distributor websites.

The change in billing address doesn't happen enough to justify updating our in house system (that is very very expensive), so... being able to trigger an email if the billing changes, or fire off a json request, etc... sure would help us.
