new price group: markup over cost

That Legacy price group seems to not play nice with the 'new' price groups. Not sure if it is because we don't use vairnats, but in any case I would like to request you add a new type to accomodate 'markup over cost'

I found an old forum post that said this is coming in version 10 - so I guess we'll see this eventually if it is still on the roadmap.
